Tiny changes are made to balance this monster so that it will not be OP when you can build many.

能否把生产旗舰产生的两个事件窗口一并去掉？我是指既然这个mod是允许建造多个旗舰的话，造出旗舰带来的两个事件窗如果不去掉就显得实在是太麻烦了

There is a tiny limitation: If your army is composed entirely of flagships, the capacity of the flagships cannot exceed the country's fleet capacity. That's it, enjoy your flagship fleets :D
