Changes General pips to numbers.

Should probably work with most, if not all, versions

Included Unit type pips as well

I do not wish to upset the gods and risk their wrath, however I kindly request that you make 0s and 1s (or just 0s) red to represent utter dogsh*t.

@Keldisko The numbers themselves are in the same (or very similar) font as vanilla EU4 and that's all this mod changes. If someone complains about the font used in text not being then same, then that's kind of on them :p

Great mod... but using stellaris font mod whilst taking screenshots might not have be the best idea coz soon you'll start to get loads of messages asking why the font is not the same and such....

unit type pips would be immensely helpful, it is always such a struggle for me to differentiate them.
