I don't understand English, the following description comes from a translator.

Added a Bone Man race "Ancient Intelligent Doll" to the game, as well as 7 equipment, 3 weapons, 4 prosthetics, and 3 special characters

Equipment, only wearable by the "Bone Man Race", can be purchased from the "Armor King" or forged by oneself. The blueprint is on three newly added special characters
  • The core brain of ancient intelligent dolls
  • Ancient intelligent doll body upper limbs
  • Ancient intelligent doll body lower limbs
  • Ancient intelligent doll armor (head)
  • Ancient intelligent doll armor (upper limbs)
  • Ancient intelligent doll armor (lower limbs)
  • Ancient Intelligent Doll Armor - Headless (Upper Limbs)

Weapon, equipped only on three newly added special characters
  • Magnetic storm blade α
  • Magnetic Storm Sickle β
  • Magnetic storm hammer γ

Prosthetic limbs, can be purchased in a prosthetic store or forged by oneself, with drawings on three newly added special characters
  • Ancient intelligent doll arm (left/right)
  • Ancient intelligent doll legs (left/right)

Three new characters can be recruited through dialogue
  • Ancient intelligent doll 10032, wandering between pubs in "World's End".
  • Ancient intelligent doll 10046, wandering between pubs in "Flats Lagoon Town".
  • Ancient intelligent doll 10777, wandering between pubs in "Black Scratch Town".

Was translating the mod and I realized the Hammer has a blunt multiplier of 3.8, effectively requiring 152 strength to wield properly, or suffer a 50% reduction in attack speed. Is that intended, or was it made with a mod to allow going over 100 in a stat in mind?
