Echoes of Emperors

Hi, and welcome to Echoes of Emperors, an alternate history mod.

This alternate universe starts with the premise of different viking adventures in Europe, and expands from there, although there is no precise lore (for now!).

So what is there interesting to do?

A few starting positions that i made interesting are:
-France, now reduced to just two provinces, starts with a very strong government reform that allows it to conquer their provinces back quickly. Be careful though, should you fail, the country will collapse.
-Savoy, an elector in the HRE, with piedmontese being a french culture group is a great candidate to form France
-Italy, starting in a strong position, overcome the Austrian invader and reclaim Italian lands
-Andalusia + Castille, fight for domination in Iberia
-Malta, starting in a very easy war against Sicily, conquer your way back up the Italian peninsula
-Jerusalem, utilize the special "Crusader Kingdom" abilities to manage your realm and conquer all of the holy land
-Lotharingia: fight off the impending Dutch revolt, or play as the Netherlands
-Bohemia: starting as the HRE Emperor, try to keep your role!

You may also experiment in interesting positions such as the british isles or northern Poland with the crusading orders, it's up to you.

Most countries have either their base game mission tree, or none at all, as the mod is still in Alpha. I might update this, and feel free to leave any feedback you want.
