EK2 berserker events

Description
There is now another version of this mod, which you may or may not prefer:

https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3125027384

Berserker events are by default disabled in EK2. This submod re-enables them and changes the conditions to make them TES friendly.

Characters of Orsimeri, Atmoran or Goblinken heritage will be able to get these events, as, to my knowledge, Nords, Orcs and Goblins are the races among which we can find berserkers in the main TES games (player character orcs have had berserker rage as a daily power since TES III, there are nord berserkers in Solstheim in TES III's Bloodmoon expansion, and nord berserkers are referenced in a book, "The Arcturian Heresy", and goblin berserkers appear as ennemies in TES IV). I've decided not to take into account other games such as TESO to determine who should be allowed to become a berserker.

Completely restricting berserker to these cultures would be no fun though, so just like in vanilla CK3, you can also qualify for the events by faith. Unlike vanilla CK3, the events don't check for your religion, but for your faith's doctrines.

These are the specific doctrines that will enable the events:

Malacath worship set to Pantheon
Trinimac monolatrism (note that although the Aedra pantheon allows you to choose Trinimac as a patron, I've deliberately left it out, as including it would result in a lot of Altmer and Ayleid berserkers even without player intervention, which doesn't seem right)
Stones monolatrism
Dragons monolatrism
All Maker monolatrism
Atmoran Totemism (as either main or secondary pantheon)
Nordic Pantheon (as either main or secondary pantheon)

As you might have noticed, these are the gods and pantheons normally associated with orcs, goblins and nords, so there is a pattern here.

Unlike vanilla CK3, you don't need the warmonger tenet, as I find this requirement overly restrictive for EK2, given that a lot of the default faiths with the doctrines listed above don't have this tenet.

As in vanilla CK3, the craven and calm traits will prevent knights from becoming berserkers during battle events, and the craven trait will also prevent rulers from becoming berserkers.

You might notice that some berserker characters from the Cult of Mehrunes Dagon and Ilpenada faiths appear seemingly out of nowhere, despite not being from one of the appropriate heritages nor having one of the appropriate doctrines. This happens in vanilla EK2 as well, and I don't know what causes it, so I have no idea how to fix it. If you find out what does it, let me know.

Don't forget to put this submod below the EK2 mod in your load order.
