Become Powerful Mage Decision - Anbennar Submod

Description
This mod adds a decision to grant your ruler the powerful mage trait. You will start with proficiency in all magic schools. (The lowest level.) Taking this decision will remove all your prior personality traits except for immortal. This is needed in order to make room if your ruler already has 3 personality traits. The AI will not take this decision. This mod requires Anbennar, obviously. Enjoy.

Would be cool to have this in normal eu4 game it would be funny witch king of the holy roman empire that converted to shinto

This will save me some time, reloading the game until my ruler becomes a mage takes a while.
