Settlement Expansion

Aims to expand on the functionality of settlements, especially settlers related things.


This mod is in BETA, please report any bugs you may encounter and they will be fixed as soon as I have time.

A mod that aims to expand the functionality of settlements while adding new settlement goals and other stuff, such as objects, settlers, etc.

We also aim to not change the game drastically, everything we add is what we think is appropriate for the vanilla theme of Necesse.

This mod is supposed to be a large mod, so this section is only going to display the main highlights of the mod. That means this list is not everything this mod has to offer, for that, please refer to the wiki page of the mod.

We all thought about it once while playing this game. A system that allows you to build your settlement quicker so you can get to that hacking and slashing!

The blueprint system allows you to place pre-built structures and build them with a click of a button, as long as you have the materials in your inventory. These blueprints are also customizable. :)

Settlements now have multiple functions that allow multiplayer servers to function properly with different settlements on a server. Settlement PvP, settler AI overhaul to protect your settlement more, villagers AI overhaul so they protect their villages, a takeover mechanic for pvp servers, etc.

All the settlement features can be enabled/disabled in the config

Each settler will now prefer a specific wood type of furniture in their room, and this is random per settler.
E.x Blacksmith might ask for Spruce furniture, while a Farmer might ask for Palm furniture.

They will also ask for a specific collection of objects for their room, depending on their profession.
They ask for useful objects, mostly.

While mining underground (or while doing other things :>), you might stumble upon a certain type of Geode, depending on where you are.
Blacksmiths might help you with those.

• Lit Floor tiles - Gives off light, objects may be placed on them
  
• Seedling Table - Multiplies seeds placed in it
  
• Study Table - Mages study books if present, and produce various scrolls
  
• Safebox - Acts like a Storagebox but can be locked by a player to prevent others access.
