@Madcat i've been trying to find bm_dw_fear for a while bc this comment made me curious, but i can't seem to find it on warp menu or by looking at room names with devtools, where in the region did you find it? :o

everyone is right this really made me feel like playing rain world for the first time. this region is increadible and amazing and maybe even sublime. youve captured that spark of the divine in your work i think.

this region mod is nothing short of amazing. its just enormous and yet it manages to keep you entertaint. it has so many diverent themes and unique structured rooms that its practically 4 regions in one. there was one dude that said "it brought back the feeling of playing rainworld for the first time"... he wasnt lying! there are rooms so big that it makes you feel as insignificant as no other region makes you feel in the basegame (other then the depths) and dont even get me started on the music. in short: i love this region :)
i really hate that underhang like part though, its really cool and mysterious but the platforming is just unfair (nothing a few grapple worms cant fix though).

one question though: do you plan on making more region mods in the future?

This will always be one of my absolute favorite modded regions.

Incredible region.

While arguments can defnitiely be made about areas being unpolished in terms of visuals, navigation and etc., what the region brings to the table is nothing short of incredible.

There is a variety of very clever mechanics at play, awe-inspiring environments, and some of the most precarious parkour I've had to get through in ANY region, modded or not.

Finding the secrets was entirely worth it as well: the "bm_dw_fear" area alone put the *fear* of God in me as I was exploring the area: immaculate mastery of atmosphere building right there

Deserted Wastelands felt like I was exploring Rain World for the first time all over again! And it's fascinating how much content there is for what is essentialy an FP-LTTM connection. KUDOS!

Hello guys, thank you all for the feedback to my Region!
I have some answers to things stated in this comment section.

1. The description originally did not state that the mod is only accessible on Monk, Survivor and Hunter, and I am sorry for the confusion that this has caused. An extension of the region for the downpour slugcats will unfortunately not happen as I lack the time and motivation to execute that.

2. The crash at the shelter next to the echo is an issue that I have no idea how to fix. It seems to be completely random, and the game does not even seem throw an error. I will let some experienced code modders look into it.

3. As the region was not designed for this, trying to get a pup through the region is definitely not recommended due to a lack of food. I will admit that I did not turn off slugpup spawns in the region, simply because I did not know that was a thing. I will change that in an update.

@The Pale One It is stated in the bio that only the vanilla scugs have access to this region. I recommend reading the bios of mods to understand what is in the mod.
