Beskrivning
Compatible with 1.9.*. Halves the Declared Interests granted by Navy Power Projection. Though the cap of 10 is the same as basegame.
Compatible with VTM, load order doesn't matter.
Can be installed mid-game.
Affects everyone, AIs included.
Works for all languages.
----------------------------------------------------------------

As an example. Britain now starts with 20 Max Declared Interests instead of 34. About three nations will start with slightly more interests then allowed, I've decided to leave this issue be.

1.6.0 introduced a Declared-Interest-from-Power-Projection Cap, set at 1000 pp. Since this mod halves the effect of pp-based interest generation. I have doubled the cap to compensate. This means the maximum amount of interest a nation can get from naval pp is the same as base game, but with this mod nations will need to try harder to hit the max.

An older mod that tried to do similar things, but rendered incompatible due to updates.

@Wilhelm
yes, it gives smaller blocs a chance to shine. Britain has to prioritize like the rest of them.
