Vassal King Raiding

Description
Allows feudal/clan vassal kings with a reformed religion to raid with the practiced pirates tradition. Previously the rule that restricted you from raiding based on realm size looked at your top realm over your own.



As many good norsemen have found in their duty to many a beloved Basileus. Vassal kings cannot raid, even if they have so faithfully kept to the realm size limitations of the Practiced Pirates tradition.

I've found it; the fruits of many hours toiling away in Visual Studio Code have won me, once again, the sea spray of the mediterranean upon my face, the smell of smoke and ash in my lungs, and the clashing of steel and iron ringing in my ears.

I found that the scripted_trigger that allowed raiding for cultures with the Practiced Pirate tradition was looking at either your rank, to be duke or lower or the top realm size and not your personal realm size. I just added sub_ in front of realm_size and that fixed it.

Play-through idea:
If you want an awesome custom kingdom with 8 duchies at 12 counties, 4-5 special buildings.

Syrma
Mann
Visby
Socotra
Dubrovnik
Istria
Pisa

Hard Set-up but it leaves you plenty of loot drop offs, few vassals, lots of duchy buildings, and is well spread for diplomatic range, on top of the bonuses for being above court grandeur expectations.

Nice. But you could try to simplify the mod description on what the mod does.
