This mod was made to reduce the Scaling research cost for tomes that was added by the Watcher update by half.
It changes the increased cost by roughly 50% except the first 3 tomes (I like to atleast keep it at the basegame base cost)

This mod makes changes to DEFINITIONS_RESEARCH.RPK so it may conflict with other mods changing the same file.

I'm not exactly a knowledgeable modder so please feel free to leave suggestions and let me know about bugs you encounter
