Flags of the Ottoman Empire

(! This mod contains a few minor text-based changes, so it is "unlikely" to break the game during major version updates. However, if the game does break due to the mod in new versions, please let me know.)


This mod modifies several Ottoman flags to enhance their historical accuracy.

- Flag Changes:
1. Removed the starless version of the Ottoman flag.
2. Updated the theocracy flag to a new design.
3. Added a new communist flag for the consul republic.

- Map Changes:

1. Changed the vanilla Ottoman map color to red.
2. Added new map colors for various law distributions.
