Curse of the Emperor makes bosses drop an extra heart, ala a red heart pickup. It has nothing to do with additional items. Hope that clarifies.

How does Curse of the Emperor work?
Do bosses have to give you an extra item (a HP up) or does it turn the boss's item into a HP up?

vinny's previous item packs were vanilla and chocolate, so add strawberry and you get neapolitan
