Quick Slide With Legs [VManip]

Adds legs animation for Quick Slide (that is somehow still present in VManip files)
Also adds camera angles limit when sliding so you don't have to look at stretched playermodel copy

Commands:
cl_qslide_legs 0-1 (default 1) - Legs animation toggle
sv_qslide_limit_pitch 0-360 (default 45, 0 to disable) - Downwards camera angle limit
sv_qslide_limit_yaw 0-360 (default 60, 0 to disable) - Sideways camera angle limit

Addons shown: Weapon (and skin), Playermodel, Map, HUD

Note 1: Doesn't work with MW SWEPs because they block VManip hooks related to legs. That seems to be fixed???
Note 2: Any kind of addon that adds first person legs (Gmod Legs, Enhanced Camera and so on) will have duplicate legs/playermodel displayed, as VManip is using it's own model. It's a matter of these addons to add compatibility with VManip and I can't do anything about it.
