@Chewy yes, I saw your mod, but:

- I did this mainly with multiplayer games in mind, so that, for example, rivals are selected
when all players start the game

- I added some natives in the provinces where the former native countries were located
(for example there are no natives in Hawaii in your mod)

-I removed a few more nations

I made a mod patches ago that deletes them via event so that it works with map mods that change history files.
