Are you disappointed that Paradox removed the ability to create claims for your subjects from the espionage idea group for whatever bonkers reason? Well fear no more, this mod bring this feature back.

Just like before, you have to pick the espionage idea group, and just like before this feature will be unlocked by the 1st idea in that group. Nothing else changed.
