[SCP Source] Class-D Personnel

Well, I'm a big fan of the classic HL2 citizen corps. Then I saw a portal beta player addon and thought, "Why not make a model for the Class-Ds?". And this is the result.

The addon that inspired me to make these models was this one:

- Portal Beta Male [PM + Ragdoll]
