Resource cap mods can't coexists, so I mage my own.
Influence: 1000 -> 8000, Minor Artifacts: 2000 -> 7000

Minor Artifacts will also be tradable on the galactic market.

Also causes immediate crashes for me with 3.10+. A shame, was a great mod.
