Frog Mod. A mod built of echo (which is built of gecko which inspired the mod name) made for mp with a focus on a europe + MENA seeding
major changes:

Echo mod
Rebalanced expand infrastructure
Rebalanced idea groups
Expand administration is now 400 reform progress and give 150 gov cap, no long increases in cost
Production buildings 20% weaker, shipyards have +1 building slot, forts have -1 building slot
Can create centers of trade in areas that have none through a decision
Can improve provinces with poor trade goods through a decision
Mercenaries reworked to function more similar to old system
Marines have -10% shock received instead of +10% shock received
Colonists gained from decision, no colonial idea groups
Economic and military golden age bonuses split, economic bonuses now in decision
Monuments are cheaper
AI will surrender when fully occupied
Triggered modifiers worth taking note of
Warscore from war goal caps at 40% and ticks much faster
Some trade node adjustments
There are more changes but I can’t remember all of them, these are the major ones.
Military and War Reworked
Professionalism buffed although will increase cost of troops
War exhaustion modifiers about 50% larger
Breakthrough added to units (modifier that has a chance to pull units from back row to the front row)
Adds a few monuments
FrogMod
More monuments and monument balance adjustments to modifiers and cost
Cologne, Morocco, Naples, Mamluks, Persia, and Dutch missions
Adjustments to other missions to account for other changes made
Adjusted modifiers such as expand administration cost to account for other changes made
