This mod has combined almost all the Modathon mods into one. It includes the following mods:
Arctics Expanded.
EU4 Blackjack.
Hardcore Custom Nations.
Indica Universalis: Kingdoms of Malabar.
Mesoamerican Expansion - A Rework of the Nahuatl Nations.
Monumental.
Rebirth of a nation : Iran.
Stock Market.
True Holy Roman Empire.

All the mods are included in 2023 EU4 Modathon.

Keep in mind that there are errors and bugs in it, since they also exist in those main mods.

It's actually new DLC (1.69 update), so technically vanilla.

And I'm not fully certain how the Stock Market works but maybe Blackjack has some effect on it or vice versa.

Both work fine separately but with Blackjack, you want to play while having game paused. And in the middle of game when you play, it might not be as good as if you play on day 0 unpaused.

How did you make the blackjack and stock market mods work together? Either of them work fine alone but using both of them results into stock market not working (prices/demand is always ---)

Good, because it is compatible with it. And if game crashes for some reason, then it's on their end, not on mod end. :)

Yes. This one actually is indeed compatible with Extended Timeline mod.
