gmod console things:
use "munci_glow 0" to disable the red light
use "munci glow 1" to enable the red light
use "angry_munci_jumpscare 0" to disable the jumpscare
use "angry_munci_jumpscare 1" to enable the jumpscare

@darkmarc angry munci has a weird problem where he can not learn maps, try using another nextbot to learn the map or try to find a nav_mesh addon for the map
