Open Source Weaponry - Part of the Open Source Armory Project

Greetings Warriors!

HalfMetalJacket, Apolon21, Diakonus, Genrev Pogi, Terco_Viejo, AlphaOmegaMan, Maverick_Knight, Philozoraptor, Basileus, Balbor, Dzor7266, Lemanier, Alexander Drakos, Plebeian Kilo and I are very pleased to present the Open Source Weaponry project! This mod combines all our published weapon mods into a single file for easy compatibility with your favorite troop mods, with bug fixes, optimizations and some exclusive never-seen-before items!

All the items are 100% lore friendly and are tailored around the established aesthetics of the vanilla game. Wherever possible, real historical examples of weapons have been used as inspiration, with low fantasy concepts filling the gaps - just like the vanilla items our mod is based on.

All items are balanced and set to appear in the stores in towns across Calradia - for a price! However, items will not appear on NPCs - you will need a dedicated troop overhaul mod for that! If you are loading any OSA modules on your existing Bannerlord campaign, be prepared to wait several in-game weeks for items to appear in shops, as it takes a while for the shop inventories to reset.

If you have any requests for custom armors you would like to see added in the future, make sure to comment in the Posts section, and we will see what we can do! Please keep discussions constructive. We are a completely volunteer team who mod as a hobby. The OSA is a 100% not for profit passion project - just the way it should be!

NOTE: The OSA now relies on assets included by Taleworlds in version v1.2.0. As such, version 1.17.0 of the OSA onwards will require a version 1.2.x installation of Bannerlord.

Can someone explain to me why i would use a fire siphon instead of a crossbow? It shoots slower, less far, and seems to do the same amount of damage?

Hello, I want to request a weapon but it sound non lore friendly but, I suddenly thought of what if I could use Tonfas it would use fist animation and the weapon would be made in 3 part where you have the handle for the grip, the stick/blade and the tip using the Preexisting pommels in the game most can be made with and already existing asset

a not so long time a ago, all the amour/weapon mods work together in harmony...then everything change when i try to move the game to my SSD and it did not work so i move it back.....and now the mods that once live together are now clashing with each out cancelling them out... only the creator of the mods, master of bannerlord programming can stop this, but then the user needed them the most...they get ghosted.....

Мы играем в мод Bannerlord online. Сотни игроков на глобальной карте, отряды НПС, боссы, клановые войны, рейды и битвы за ресурсы. Одним словом ванильный банерлорд, только в онлайне, все лорды - игроки, в одновременный онлайн достигает 400 человек.

The aim for slings is tilted to the right a bit and does not align with crosshair.
It adds up with distance, making mid-to-long range shots unnecessarily hard.
I don't think i have any other issues with the mod.
