CK3 Human Phenotype Project [1.9 update]

Description
This is a v, 1.9.x update to Leaf / Metalhead33's CK3 Human Phenotype Project. I have added the new missing culture 'Bavlim' and spent several hours doing extensive tidying of the files to make the much easier to maintain.

I would expect so; CFP generally needs a compatch in my experience.

I am using community flavor project and ethnicities and portraits expanded, I also downloaded the compatch for epe but it seems that some assets like the Celtic cloaks of the Irish missing. Does it need a compatch for cfp too?
