Improved Diplomacy

Improved Diplomacy is an ongoing mod that seeks to solve the problem of an absent sphere of influence system in Victoria 3, unlike what the developers may have said recently about their upcoming DLC (coming out March 2024) it is somewhat hard to get nations to become apart of your customs union or even a protectorate.

This mod changes a couple things:

1. Instead of amicable at 50 relations and friendly at 80, I have reduced them to 35 and 50 respectively and did the same for negative relations.

2. Once a nation is a part of a customs union, the owner country get a +100 modifier to make them a protectorate (which stops them from being able to leave the customs union and you are required to fight a war over them, (this will probably need to be balanced later).

3. All subjects join (including customs union countries) overlord wars.

4. Protectorates now have the same color as overlord nation

5. Great powers can make each other a part of their customs union (globalism)

6. Dominion and puppet subject types now have the ruler countries leader (cause I think its a neat feature not really used) (will make British colonies have Queen Victoria as their leader)

7. Non customs union countries now actually wanting to become apart of a custom union if not in one already

8. Germany formation fixes via protectorates and dominions being apart of nation formations.

What I have trouble adding:

1. A diplomatic play that makes a country a protectorate (if someone knows if that's possible and not hard coded, please tell me)
