Description
Changes abortion law into something similar to immigration mechanic. You have 2 types of abortions: legal and illegal, and demand for it. The Abortion law now only decides if the abortions can be done legally or illegally, they still happen regardless of law. Mod also adds abortion protests (caused by high liberalism and illegal abortions)

Abortion Demand is influenced by multiple factors and policies:
- Generational Wealth Gap (+, Younger parents are poorer, therefore don't want a child)
- Poverty Rate (+)
- Unemployment (+)
- Violent Crime (+)
- Wages (+/-)
- Family Planning (-)
- Free Parenting Classes (-)
- Maternity Leave (-)
- Child Benefits (-)
- Childcare Provisions (-)

Policies Added:
- State Abortion Clinics

I expected it would be worse, and was surprised to find it isn't that bad. 7/10, nice mod. Could use more stuff to crack down on illegal abortion etc. Using police force is ok, but there are other policies. Also, abortion should probably have some effects on demography.
