More Provinces Expanded（Delete unimportant regions）

This mod is based on More Provinces Expanded. During the process of using it, the game got stuck due to too many people, so I deleted the titles of three Indian empires, Tubo, and four African empires. The rest remained unchanged, so there may be a series of unknown bugs.
The previous approach was a bit foolish, but I realized that if you were to use the original mod, all you needed to do was add changes, so you need to put this patch under the original mod.

这个mod是基于More Provinces Expanded基础之上的，我在使用的过程中因为人太多所以导致游戏卡顿，于是我删除了印度3个帝国，吐蕃，还有非洲4个帝国的头衔，其他的地方没有改变，所以可能会有一系列未知的bug发生。
之前做的方式有点蠢，我才发现如果在使用原mod的基础上只需要放改动内容即可，所以你需要把这个补丁放在原mod下面。
然后谁知道为什么这些没有人的地会划给英格兰，我是否应该在map里面做一些什么改动？
