Cutting Cornerstones: -99.9% Gold, Piety, and Prestige Construction Cost for Buildings and Holdings.

Professional Workforce: -99.9% Building and Holding Construction Time.

Be aware that all characters benefit from this mod, not only the player.
Achievement compatible (most if not all mods are now)
