Description
Corellian ships are commonly known for their civilian uses, being quite popular with independent merchants, smugglers, bounty hunters, and transportation enterprises but their military lines are something else to behold. Being one of the most important shipbuilding worlds in the galaxy, Corellia maintains a large independent navy of home-built warships ranging from an assortment of frigates and cruisers to massive capital ships. Enough to make them a very competitive power on the galactic stage, so much so that even one point they had a go at trying to take over the galaxy some 40 years after the battle of Yavin.

Much like all my other Star Wars sets, there are both vanilla and NSC editions available. This version is set up for the standard vanilla lineup which means that if you are more interested in using NSC, be sure to check out that version instead (linked below):

Highly recommended for use with any shipset that consists of recognizable spacecraft as the ship spacing in vanilla is absolutely horrendous.


Frequently Asked Questions:

Is there compatibility with Downscaled Ships, Real Space System Scale, or any other scaling mod?

Answer: It will not be done on my end as it is more extra work for mods that I personally never use. So the answer here is No.

Is this mod Achievement Compatible?

Answer: This is a shipset. A shipset modifies the game's checksum. So No.

Haven't felt any need to do this, there are plenty of Star Wars emblem mods that already exist

Any possibility that you'll add in icons/emblems that are associated with each of the factions for their respective shipsets?

Some standalone trek ship mods have been doing that and I think it'd be very fun and more immersion inducing to have something similar here. (other emblem mods I've tried to use have been rather hit and miss)

Most certainly I plan to do something original while also including as many from original sources as possible. But I need to get a bit more practice with 3D modeling before I can get to that point.

Ah ok. Another thing one of the potential shipsets on the list in the collection you might work on are some that don't really have any ships like the Naboo or the Umbarans who don't really have any of their own ships besides one or two so will you be making original ships or are there sources you could pull from?

I have recently started work on modding Stellaris (as the bugs that have been annoying me recently are now finally fixed) so you can expect to see some new stuff being added to existing sets as well as some new sets in the works. Right now I am working on a Zann Consortium and a Yuusan Vong shipset.

For those having issues with custom AI Empires using these ship sets not spawning in your games, even with the 'always spawn' option set, I figured out the issue. For whatever reason, the "Random Unary I" starting system option prevents them from spawning. Simply change this back to "Random" and they will show up. I'm not sure if any other starting system type also affects this, but I've had success with it just being 'Random'. I'm re-posting this on all of these Star Wars ship set pages since I've seen others with this issue. (Note that I had no other mods on except these ship sets).

Only if you make an empire with this set selected and set it to force spawn as an AI, it will never be used randomly

A Hutt set is actually much more likely to happen, the Black Sun is a maybe at the moment. However, for the generic Star Wars criminal empire I do have the Zann Consortium set in the works which should be done probably within a few weeks.
