More Agitator Slots

Do you feel like there’s not enough agitators in the game? Well, then this mod is for you! This mod increases the number of agitator slots from 5 to 9 by unlocking them through democracy, nationalism, human rights, and anarchism (so now the great powers start with 3 slots). Because of this drastic change, I rebalance some of the main features with agitators, like decreasing the movement support based off popularity. Decreasing the cool downtime for actions like exiling and granting leadership.

I hope you enjoy the mod and feel free to report any bugs and give any suggestions. I’m thinking about adding alternatives to this mod like 12 slots or even up to 20 slots

Exile agitator: 5 years -> 3 years

Grant leadership: 5 years -> 3 years

Return to home country: 5 years -> 3 years

Agitator expected spawn at 0% literacy: 12 years -> 3 years

Agitator expected spawn at 100% literacy: 2 years -> 6 months

Agitator’s popularity movement multiplier: 75% -> 50%

Technologies, democracy, nationalism, human rights, anarchism, now give another agitator slot
