Goblins heroes using Age of Fashion float way above their mounts. This is worsened if they have flying mounts. This can be fixed by changing their shape to that of a human, or by using only base-game outfits.
Do you know how I could send you a screenshot?

On the right, everything seems fine, but on the left you can see the costume bug is already implemented from the selection icon
-The active mods are 12 trait points, better larger maps, artifact refinery (the essence income mod), Rulers bonus traits (rulers start with 2 skill points), UURB (base mod only)
-There were no mod management actions after launching the game. I did rearrange the age of fashion mod and reaver couture to be in front of artifact refinery and the other 'in-game effects' mods, and after the species traits mod beforehand. After that all I did was unsubscribe and uninstall the mods, but I only did that after deleting the faction and all related saves, so nothing should have remained that was relevant there.
I have to make my response <1000 characters, so this will be part 1 of 2
-I'm not sure about what you mean by creation selections, but any race/background/trait/costume combination without the mod, having removed it, results in heroes being entirely invisible or, at most, floating heads and tails. With it added, the Reaver Couture stuff specifically (Specifically the head pieces, and nothing else) causes either the head to be invisible (with full helmets headpieces) or the hat itself is invisible (so just a naked head is visible). The body costume stuff works fine in this case, so all reaver-associated leaders are headless or bare-headed. Not terrible, not great.
