*Added Louisiana River (flows towards nothern pasific/alaska)
*Added Amazon River (flows towards southern pasific + connects with Rio de la Plata)
*Added Rio de la plata (connects with amazon river)
*Added total of 20 province to Scandinavia and Northern africa
*Added Corrected Rhein (the old one still remains)

*Fixed the bug that prevented fleets to leave nor enter the Wien
*Fixed the bug that prevented eastern tech's (Hungary) to see Danube + Rhein

**added -%20 attrition for units thats in a transport ship.

This mod adds :
-Danube
-Rhine (merges with danube)
-Tejo River + castilian/portugese rivers
-Volga River
-Caspian River
-Kongo River
-Nile River (connects with kongo near lake victoria) + flows in to Indian Ocean
-Seine River (Paris)
-Added Rivers for Russia-Siberia Region

-If you were not using the main mod, this mod adds few more hundered provinces


Plans: Im going to add more major rivers such as amazon,yantze etc.
