-Added different traits to the devout interest groups of each religion, simulating the claims of those religions.
-Made unique interest groups and traits for China, Britain, France, United States, Russia, Prussia, Austria, Japan, Spain, Ottoman, Papal State, Australia, South Africa, and Congo. Modified landowner interest groups in Muslim countries. Rural folk in all colonial countries gain the Expansionist trait, not limited to just a few of the original countries.
-Remade most of the special interest group ideologies.
-Added the Bismarckist trait to Bismarck to make him seem less awkward.
-Adjusted the Meiji Restoration chain of events in Japan.
-Adjusted the final monarchist event to ensure that he removes the pro-monarchist ideology added to this mod.
