New Instant Integration/Annexation

Description
This Mod allows you to almost instanly integrate /annex a vassal or a PU

Thanks go to Kat who made the Original Mod

Note:
Also alters the liberty desire of subjcts per development, from 0.25 to 0.1
Dont know if it works on the turkish subject types but dont care

I changed the requirements so that the AI and the player need 190 opinions about their subjects so they can't integrate them from the start

Can you make a version that only halves the time it takes instead of completely removes it? Either that, or a version that just alters the Liberty Desire of subjects per Development and nothing else.

@vansasasa555 I´ve just tested the mod it still works
This mod will conflict with mods that change the interactions with vassals/PUs or requirements with integrating them

I had the Idea of giving the player Infinite diplo rep but i think that would be to OP as you could literally ally anyone
