Change log:
Version 1.12: - Tires wear progression changed - For a better experience during races, tires grip is relatively stable up to 30% remaining (tires lose rubber but no grip), and then, tires begin to die, grip falls (tires lose rubber and efficiency). Tires can stay above 30% about 40-45 minutes with a little attention, because they are more sensitive to heating, locking wheels...

Version 1.11: - "Anti-lock brack brakes" & "Traction Control" now functional when options are selected in "Gameplay"
- FFB strength decreased
- AI level improved
- Engine breaking over 9500 rpm
- Exhaust explosion sound added for downshift action
- Damage layers changed for more realistic rendering
- Rearlights - Mesh, material & lights improved
- New interior windows added for exterior views
- Onboard instruments now lighting for exterior views

Version 1.10: - Category listing changed (BTCC 90's to Touring Car Classic)
- New sound system added
- Pit Limiter disabled
- Headlights - lights intensity changed & flare effect added
- Graphics adjustment

Version 1.01: - LCD lighting debug in night conditions

Specs: 1040Kg - Rear Wheel Drive - 2.0L 4-cyl. Turbo - Over 300hp - 7900rpm - Getrac 5-speed manual

Infos: The Ford Sierra RS500 Cosworth Touring Car is a race car made by Ford of Europe and an evolution edition of the original Sierra RS Cosworth made in 1986

This is my favorite TC as I like manual h-pattern cars best, rFactor 2 I just race these cars and I use this Ford Sierra RS500 Cosworth Touring Car (each sim I use for a chosen purpose). Great experiance for sure, I have the paid BTCC but these are better as prefer oldskool. Thanks man, good job.

This car is not great to have in the pack. It really confuses things as its faster than all the other cars and doesn't make a fair playing field. Might be worth making things clear so you don't make the same mistakes as us and run a 4 week series and then understand this Sierra is unfair to the others cars. Any sense in what I am reporting? as I think its what we experienced and are seeing.

Hello Cyril, just wanted to say thank you for making our BTCC dreams come true. Forgive me but I must ask, do you have any interest in the 80's BTCC or early 2000's BTCC? be epic to see a MG Metro or a MG ZS hit the rF2 track one day :104:

I like the atmosphere and general feel of these BTCC cars, but is it possible that there is something wrong with the suspension? For example, when you are braking in a straight line on a smooth track, both front and rear suspension drop the same amount if you look at Motec data. When braking for the same corner, GT3 Porsche pitches about 30mm (front drops 15-20mm and rear lifts 15-20mm).
