UPDATED TO 1.35.* VERSION OF THE GAME

What does this mod?
Basically, an improved version of Create Your Own Vassal Swarm (No Vassal Limit/Unlimited vassals) but they cost diplomatic slots, give merchants (15 prov. req.), and can't be annexed. Adds a new subject type to the game. This subject type is called Royal Trade Company. Here is a list of all the changes:
  • To create: you click the button on influence/diplomacy. You can convert ONLY client vassals! (that's why I added some client states mods as required mods, you'll be able to use them at the start of the game with the help of those mods)
  • They do occupy diplomatic slots.
  • They don't consider their relative power against you, so they are super royal compared to normal vassals. (Normal vassals consider their + all the subjects you have power against you.
  • They can have a maximum government level of 3
  • They don't pay from their taxes; I mean normal vassal payment, they don't pay that.
  • They pay tariffs (this is from their production and trade income)
  • They don't have "divert trade" subject interaction, that's why you are forced to tax them if you want their trade.
  • If they have 15 provinces, you'll get a merchant (so you can use them in their trade region.)
  • Decreased costs of both 'increase and decrease tariff' interactions to 10/5 from 50/25
  • They give a 35% force limit, it's way more compared to normal vassals (they give 10%)
  • They give 35% manpower, sailor, and naval force limit (normal vassals don’t)
  • They gain %1 liberty desire for each 100 development compared to normal vassals this is a very low number. (Vassals gain %25 liberty desire for each 100 development they have)
  • However, against all these bonuses, they do have some negative bonuses as well: you can't annex them + you lose 100 mana points when you create them. Also, as I said, they cost diplomatic slots.
  • AI doesn’t use this for accuracy (I’m lazy and I don’t want to deal with AI behavior, so they better not use it.)

In short, here is a mod where you can create your powerful subjects. This is not like a vassal swarm. Rather you divide your empire to have AI helping you on sieges, or other stuff, etc. They give 35% force limit and manpower etc. and this is the highest percentage you can get from any subject in the game. So they will make you powerful.

Is it compatible with ironman?
Of course, it is not compatible with Ironman.

Is it compatible with other mods?
Yes, it is %100 compatible with every other mod.
