Unfortunately, Eugen did a big update to how the mod files are structured and organized with the tribute44 DLC. this has meant that many parts of the mod have been corrupted by the update tool due to wildly different parts of script being present on each line between the old version and the new restructured version.
an update is in the works, but is taking a long time
if you know how to mod you can put this in a blank mod's backup folder and use retrievemodbackup bat to extract and edit a version for yourself

but, here is my answer:
strachwitz is overhauled to the best of my ability. and is as accurate as possible
tatara was ad-hoc, I do not have any sources for it so it was left as-is
alarmtruppen are named after the division, alarm division winkler (this is the name on german maps/in doccuments from 1944) and i believe the division is mostly built from the remnants of feldausbuildungs division 153, flak division 5 and security/police personel.
the ones in group kessel are from several more alarm battalions which were also raised under similar circumstances, ie rear security personel and units on leave
since these are generally not frontline troops, they are disheartened, but also some regular cards of grenadier are featured, maybe some units on leave and instructors/veterans
I also updated some fw190f8 bombers & pe2 rocket planes, which may temporarily remove them from previously built decks.
Changed the attck profile of Ju87 stukas to be a gliding dive instead of a loop, as the loop was not used by the luftwaffe after 1941 and instead they were used as glide bombers.
this also makes them more likely to drop their bombs before being supressed
