Description
Neera Li from Freedom Planet 2. She is a fast character with incredible vertical recovery and good range, but she deals low damage, has bad horizontal recovery and little kill options.

Neutral Special: Sniper Drive. Neera fires icicles in a straight line using her Cryo Staff. This icicles don't cause flinching, but they fire in rapid succession.

Up Special: Tundra Ray. Neera spins her staff, launching an icy wind above herself while she raises into the air. The winds don't cause flinching, however they will blow opponents away and deal multi-hit damage.

Down Special: Focus. Neera gains value to her Focus meter over time. She can activate 'Focus' once it's full, which makes all of her normals faster and allows her to use her side special. Additionally, her strong attacks are buffed slightly. Focus runs out quickly, so be careful how you use it.

Side Special: Ice Lasso. While Focus is active, Neera fires a projectile that freezes the opponent. This move sets the focus meter back to 0. Side special does nothing while focus is inactive, so keep that in mind.

Taunt: Taunt by pressing Attack + Special, plus Shield, Up or Down. Note: Palettes are not done yet, so the ones in the character are placeholders.

big update still coming, lot of work to do for it but she'll come out a lot better because of it

Sorry I took so long to respond to the comments. As far as the engine.log is concerned, that was there to make sure her focus mechanic was functioning properly and to see how long it would last/how long it takes to get it. I'll make sure to get rid of it in the next update.

As far as making her faster, I won't overdo it too much since she's already pretty fast as is with her FAir, but I can definitely do that.

Palettes are still a bit away, I wanna get my next couple characters out before I make Neera's palettes since its gonna take a lot of time to color map her sprites, and the next two characters are pretty close to being finished. After they're out, though, I'll get to doing those palettes. I think the ones I made for her are pretty neat, hopefully everything will turn out okay lol

You have done an great work with it. Once the alternate colous will be ready, she will be perfect.

On an side note: If you could made her a little faster, it could be even better.

Great character! Just a quick note - I think you have an Engine.log statement in update, because some number keeps printing every frame when I use her in training mode. It doesn't affect regular gameplay so it's not a big deal, but it does make training mode run slowly which makes it inconvenient to lab with her.
