Uk traffic lights

Description
Replaces the vanilla traffic lights with uk style ones. Its pretty simple really
also all parts available as assets for you Detailers.

It should replace all traffic lights straight away. But if they remain the old style
then just remove and add them again.

The Button press wait here thingy is at hand height for the peds which seemed right.
But If I'm wrong tell me bellow.

Like wise the Button thingy can be on the wrong side of the pole. There is nothing I can do
about this as this is just how they spawn.

I tried the map editor... but these don't work.

@reddragon792 No its just vanilla roads that come with the game. I'm guessing its either a US or EU thing

@Reddragon792 im not sure as to why the junction has the zebra crossings, as they should be replaced by the pedestrian lights irl, so i assume that hasnt been scripted

What roads are those with the pedestrian crossing road stripes ? Or are those placed by these traffic lights
