I agree that hadoken was kinda weak, so i upped the damage but increased the cooldown time

Great character! Love the moveset, and the used animations. Nicely done. One of the issues I have with this character is how weak his hadoken is. 3 dmg feels very little. If you look at Ryu in SSBU, SSB4, and SSF2, he deals about 9-11damage with his hadoken. And based on canon and other games, Akuma's hadoken is suppose to be stronger than Ryu's.

I fixed the Assist animation now. Also, i made akuma a lil faster in the air and a lil slower on the ground. I didn't want to add to much air control because traditional fighters don't have much

He is very fast on the ground but kinda slow mid-air.
I'd recommend giving him a little less grounded speed in turn for more speed while airborne.
