When I try to spawn them in, nothing appears, and pressing undo doesn't do anything. I have all the mods listed as requirements, what am I missing?

why are these so hard to drive. they barely turn when i press the a and d keys and the mouse just spins them a lot

It's two dependencies, that really isn't a lot
