Again, I greatly appreciate your mod, I consider it among the best quality of life mods in the workshop

Lol, I uninstalled the mod, reinstalled it, and the problem was fixed XD
It seems that it was from my side, the update must have been downloaded wrong, I apologize for any inconvenience
(I did some tests using da rules before and after reinstalling)

Since the bug persisted between floors (the item did not work again throughout the game), I would lean towards your second theory.

@TheMaverickMc I don't know any seed for placenta first floor, the best solution is using the debug console to give yourself placenta, I've done some test but i didn't find the bug
I see two major possibilities for your bug, maybe they are some inactive/invisible ennemy or a trapdoor in the room, or you have a familiar that count as an ennemy, but maybe it's another thing

I'm not sure what I did, but at a certain point in a run the placenta was completely deactivated, if in a future run I find the turning point that causes it I will let you know here.
Does anyone have a seed with the placenta on the first floor? This way I could do some tests to detect what is causing it.

@TheMaverickMc I came back from the dead to update the mod ! I've also add a delay to the heal to prevent an instant heal in specific case (troll bomb), hope you like it ! And thanks for your comment, tell me if you see other problem

Despite the above, I am very grateful for the mod, it helps save a lot of time

The mod has a serious bug
If a room without enemies summons enemies afterwards (for example, the challenge room, or battles against angels to get their key pieces), then the instant healing will also occur throughout said battle
If the author of the mod were still alive, a recommendation would be to disable the healing of this item in specific rooms
