Incompatible with achievements

A rustic looking UI mod that changes the colors of the UI from the original depressing blue to a different depressing leather brown.

Changes:
- Bookmark tabs
- Buttons & lists
- CoA frames
- Component tiles (background textures and the like)
- Main menu and start screen
- HUD (notification banner thingies that pop up, general HUD skin)
- Icons (alerts, banners, amenities, traits, etc.)
- Illustrations (window headers and credits / pause screens)
- Tooltips
- Windows (I'll be seeing the image editor in my sleep because of these)

Feel free to use any of the mod's assets, as long as whatever you make with it is cool

Everything was recolored by using GIMP's hue-saturation tool and shifting blue and cyan hues to the opposite side of the spectrum. For some items I had to adjust magenta and green, and items that I thought were supposed to be iron were desaturated to avoid them looking like bronze.

To do:
1) I need to figure out how to mod the cursors. I remember being able to do it at one point but I've forgotten lol.
2) I've spent the last night trying to figure out how to mod the small portrait boxes, but the bastards refuse to cooperate. I've tried to find the referenced textures by the GUI files but they don't exist, and I'd give up but at this point it's personal.
3) Recolor blue text. Tried to do it once, didn't manage, forgot about it. I'll get around to it eventually.
