it don't bounce when i place people on it makes them go through the trampoline not bounce

5 humans jumping on the trampoline one fell off and broke his neck the other one broke his knee and his wrist the 3rd one broke his jaw the 4th one twisted his arm 360 degrees and needed surgery the 5th one didn't even go on the trampoline and the 5th one and his homosexual mom called the doctor and all the others were in the emergency room.
