Flak Turret Standalone

Description
Adds standalone turret version of Flak Turret to the game.

This is taken from my other mod, Weapon Turrets, per popular demand, also firing arc is increased to 270.

Mod meant for people who want just Flak Turret and nothing else :)

I'll try to do that this weekend.
Turrets are a bit complicated as an awful lof has changed with the new update.

it would seem that with the new meltdown update this mod will cause crash, could you please update the mod to fit the latest version of the game, thank you
