About

I am the chief executive officer at Mansfield Town Football Club, who compete in Sky Bet League Two, and one of only two female CEOs in professional football. I accepted the position of chief executive officer at Mansfield Town at the age of just 29, becoming the youngest football CEO in the country - a title I still hold.

I graduated with a Politics degree from the University of Durham and recently completed a master’s degree in Professional Legal Practice.

Within football circles, I am passionate about defending equality and fairness within the game. As part of my work to challenge the 'norm', and challenge perceptions, I have spoken in the national media about the business of football, as well as the challenge of women succeeding in male-dominated industries.

Along with my position at Mansfield Town Football Club, I am also a director of One Call Insurance, a lawyer at OCL Solicitors and owner of salon 'Beauty at Doncaster'.

I founded the Radford Foundation, a charity specialising in helping create a safer, stronger community for the people of Mansfield and the surrounding areas. It has awarded grants to sporting individuals and groups to instil a greater sense of self belief to achieve their goals and improve their lives. We recently worked in partnership with Paralympians Ollie Hynd and Charlotte Henshaw in financially supporting the swimming duo in their build up to the Paralympics Game in Rio.

Having worked at world-famous fashion house Gucci in a previous role, I maintain a keen interest in fashion and current affairs, and am also in the process of working towards a helicopter licence alongside being a mum to three boys - Hugo, Rupert and Albert.
