After like a day, I made enhanced boss bar icons for the bosses introduced in the hit mod Revelations!

This should do, until they add official enhanced boss bar support.

Features:
Unique boss icons for every Revelations boss
Fixes Wendy, Catastrophe, Williwaw, and Aragnid having multiple health bars

To-do List: (help with these would be appreciated)
Implement champion icons
Implement conditional sprites
Add unique sprites for Glacier and Tomb sins.
