Improvements to the experience of playing with Argentina.





MORE ARABLE LAND.



Added the "Immigration Agency" institution, which promotes immigration into the country.

To get this institution, two more migratory laws were added, "Promote Cultural Migration" and "Promote Migration", the first one imposes the same restrictions as "Migration Controls" while the second allows pops of any culture or religion to migrate to your country.

Any nation can use these laws, but if their capital is outside of the Americas, there's a steep increase in the bureaucracy cost.



Added the following provinces:
Entre Rios
San Luis
La Pampa
San Juan
La Rioja
Catamarca
Salta

Which means the following provinces are closer to their actual borders:
Santa Fe
Cordoba
Mendoza
Tucuman
Jujuy

Added journal entries for the annexation of the South Atlantic Islands, Uruguay, Paraguay, and the Tarija region.

Represented Cordoba and Buenos Aires namesake universities by adding a university in both states.

Added Kawésqar and Chonos to the state of Araucania. This was made in part to prevent Chile from conquering all of the Patagonia if Tehuelches revolted, and to better represent the region.

Known Issues:

"Argentina starts with a 3k deficit":
1- Seems pretty realistic to me.
2- The AI seems to handle it pretty well, so it shouldn't be that hard for a player to manage it.
FIXED

"The city of San Juan is in Mendoza":
Yep, I have to move the hubs, and add new ones, the city of Paraná (was the temporary capital between 1854 and 1861), for example.



TO-DO:
1- Fix the hubs, and add new ones
2- Add journal entries for the civil wars period
3- Find a way to simulate the "freedom of wombs" law regarding slavery
4- Find a way to simulate the countless wars between the provinces in this period, might make a new mod were every province is playable, but a vassal to Buenos Aires.
5- Maybe try to fix the deficit - "Every argentinian president since Perón" FIXED
