Here are some suggestions:
Israel
Danzig
Naples
Kingdom of one Sicily
Hong Kong
Macau

for Danzig just make it the city not the hole state and for Israel give them a decision to attract Jews from other markers to settle in Israel and if you take more states you could pick were you want the settlers to go kinda like how the British after WW2 allowed many Jews from Europe to go back to Israel.

Really been enjoying playing as Sudan!

I had an idea for an update to one of the releaseable nations but I don't know if it's within the scope of this mod. Would it be possible to change it so that Kazan, which is released by Russia, has its primary culture as only Tatar and primary religion as Sunni?

As is right now they're also Russian and Orthodox so they just immediately Russify when released. Would make for a thematic game I think.
