Free Suppression and IG Bolstering

Description
This mod makes suppressing and bolstering interest groups free. It was originally 200.

This mod also changes the amount of autosaves from 5 to 8.

can you please update the mod it seems like it breaks the bolstering button, and please make a mod or an option to modify the amount of bolster/ suppression

It should work for the update.
As for existing save files, I'm pretty sure it will also work.
