Simple lightweight mod that adds every useful country-wise mod modifier into the game.

Splits into two decisions, one for buildings efficiency/workforce/income, the other for everything empire-related stuff, like workforce/income/tech/interest groups etc.

The values are moderately generous but not enough to be broken. You should have a very easy play through.

Separated out population buff. Now birthrate and migration pull is separated out so you can toggle on when you need more people but toggle off when unemployment is too much to handle.
